Are you a Coordinator on top of your game, looking for an exciting opportunity in the FMCG sector? Look no further, our Bellshill Bakery is currently on the lookout for a Distribution Coordinator to join their team to support them managing the compliance of our Drivers, Team Members and vehicles.
Essential Ingredients

- Knowledge of Goods vehicle operator licensing requirements (although training will be provided)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinators to join our Distribution team at Bellshill on a full time basis covering the weekend only.

As part of the team you will form an integral part of our family to enable our distribution teams to deliver our great quality products, however, you don’t need to have a distribution background, as full training will be provided.
Here at Bellshill, we’re proud to be delivering customers our fresh bakery products direct to stores across Scotland and beyond.
You will support the Transport Shift Managers, ensuring all administrative tasks are complete in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Assisting managers in the day to day running of the Distribution office
- Maintaining vehicle maintenance schedules
- Processing vehicle defects
- Uploading Driver and vehicle records
- Maintaining Driver rotas
- Ordering fuel and vehicle lubricants
- Ordering office and uniform supplies
- Answering telephone queries
- General administrative duties as required
About Us
Bellshill Bakery is ideally located between Glasgow and Edinburgh and is proud to be Warburtons’ Scottish only Manufacturing site. Home to nearly 300 colleagues across a range of shift patterns, our site operates two bread plants and produces some of the nation’s favourite products, including Milk Roll, Seven Seeds and Seeded Farmhouse. In total, we produce approximately 1.3 million units every week.
Our distribution team plays a vital role in keeping customers stocked, delivering around 1 million products each week to more than 1,000 customers and covering 35,000 km in the process. Bellshill has a proud heritage too, celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022 as a key part of the Warburtons network.
