As part of our team of Distribution Coordinators, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our customers receive the products they need, when they need them.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract providing maternity cover, with an anticipated start date of early November.
You'll enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making sure things run smoothly, working closely with our Commercial, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
Based in the beautiful surroundings of our award-winning eco factory in Gillingham, Dorset, you'll play a key role in supporting our growing business. From coordinating customer orders and arranging deliveries to resolving queries and maintaining accurate records, you'll help deliver an excellent experience for both our customers and internal teams.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves, use your initiative and take ownership of your workload. If you're confident using Excel, enjoy learning new systems and processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Have
- Experience in a customer service, coordination, administration or order processing role
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A proactive approach, using initiative to solve problems and find solutions
- The ability to build positive relationships across a range of teams and stakeholders
- A willingness to learn new systems, processes and ways of working
- A reliable and dependable approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience using ERP, order management or stock systems would be advantageous
