Job Introduction

While the role will involve some selling and converting enquiries into sales, the primary focus is on day-to-day distribution. This includes planning and coordinating deliveries, maximising loads from each truck, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order and delivery process. Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills are therefore essential.

Are you a Distribution and Sales Coordinator looking for your next permanent role? If so, please read on as we may just have the role for you.

At C&H Quickmix, who you are matters. We want to get to know you. If you share our values and are proud of a job well done, collaborative in working well with others, and ambitious to make things better, then have a read of what we have on offer.

We are currently looking for a Distribution and Sales Coordinator to join our friendly C&H Readymix (RMX) team based at our Costessey site, close to Norwich. This role is easily commutable from Norwich, Dereham, Fakenham, Drayton, Taverham, Aylsham, Wymondham, Cringleford, Attleborough, Spixworth, Poringland, and surrounding areas.

We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment, and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds. Therefore, prior technical experience isn’t always necessary for success.

The Role

As a Distribution and Sales Coordinator, you will have experience in a similar environment, providing distribution planning and sales support, working closely with logistics, production, and customer service teams across the Tarmac group.

The role is largely operational, with responsibility for coordinating daily deliveries efficiently while ensuring customer requirements are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
