Job Title
As a rapidly scaling, AI-driven cybersecurity organization, we are expanding our channel presence and are seeking a Distribution Manager to drive partner-led growth across our strategic distribution network.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on delivering revenue growth, deepening MSP engagement, and increasing multi-product adoption. You will leverage data-driven decision-making, AI-powered insights, and automation to own commercial performance across assigned distributors, ensuring disciplined execution, predictable revenue contribution, and an exceptional partner experience.
Reporting to the VP of Channel, this role requires strong commercial ownership, structured execution, and the ability to consistently drive performance through distribution partners.
What You'll Do
Distribution Partner Ownership
- Own and develop strategic relationships with key distributors, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Build joint business plans aligned to revenue, partner activation, and growth objectives.
- Lead structured execution of Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring measurable outcomes and accountability.
- Leverage CRM and AI-driven account insights to prioritize actions and optimize partner performance.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
- Deliver Net New MRR through distributor-led opportunities across the MSP ecosystem.
- Build and maintain 3x pipeline coverage using data segmentation, predictive analytics, and partner-sourced opportunities.
- Drive accurate forecasting using Salesforce, ensuring clean, real-time revenue visibility.
MSP Activation & Partner Engagement
- Enable distributors to recruit, onboard, and activate new MSP partners at scale.
- Support execution of automated onboarding, enablement, and demand generation programmes.
- Increase partner productivity by leveraging digital engagement tools, partner portals, and AI-led insights.
- Ensure partners progress from onboarding to consistent transacting and revenue contribution.
Expansion & Multi-Product Adoption
- Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives within the existing MSP base.
- Increase adoption of multi-product solutions (2+ / 3+ products) across distributor portfolios.
- Use analytics and customer usage data to identify expansion opportunities and improve attach rates.
- Collaborate with distributors to create targeted expansion campaigns and growth plays.
Retention & Partner Health
- Monitor MSP performance using dashboards and AI signals to proactively identify churn risks.
- Support distributors with retention strategies and save plans to protect Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
- Maintain visibility of renewals and ensure proactive engagement to reduce revenue leakage.

Commercial Execution & Programmes
- Drive execution of MDF-funded campaigns and partner marketing initiatives.
- Participate in structured incentive programmes to boost activation, revenue, and retention.
- Maintain pricing discipline and ensure consistency with commercial frameworks.
- Align distributor execution with company growth targets and strategic priorities.
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
- Provide insight into MSP trends, competitor positioning, and customer demand.
- Feed actionable intelligence into Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams to shape strategy.
- Support targeted campaigns by aligning distributor priorities with market opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Growth, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to remove blockers and accelerate execution.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reporting integrity.
- Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring MSPs receive a seamless, high-value experience.
Your Story
- 5-8 years of experience in channel, distribution, or partner account management within the software industry.
- Experience working within the MSP and/or distribution ecosystem.
- Proven ability to support revenue growth through partner-led motions.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
AI & Automation Expectations
- Use AI-powered tools to analyse partner performance, predict churn risk, and identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage automation to improve onboarding, partner engagement, and reporting efficiency.
- Continuously adopt new technologies to enhance productivity and deliver scalable partner outcomes.
- Contribute to improving internal AI models through accurate CRM data and feedback loops.
How You Will Be Measured
Success in this role will be defined through the following KPIs:
- Net New MRR generated through distribution partners.
- Pipeline coverage and conversion rates.
- MSP activation and engagement levels.
- Expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell.
- Contribution to Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
- Multi-product adoption across partner base.
- Accuracy of forecasting and CRM data.
