Distribution Marketplace Program and Enablement Specialist
Position Summary
The Distribution Marketplace Program and Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in connecting channel operations, marketplace execution, distribution readiness, and product marketing to optimize how AvePoint products are presented, purchased, and maintained across commercial marketplaces. This role owns the day-to-day operational coordination required to keep listings accurate, purchasing paths clear, stakeholders enabled, and marketplace workflows aligned across internal teams, distributors, vendors, and platform partners. The role focuses on improving the end-to-end marketplace experience by managing product content, SKU and pricing readiness, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, and enablement processes that support scalable distribution growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Relationship Management: Maintain vendor and marketplace relationships, ensure product listings reflect accurate positioning, and continuously improve the purchasing experience by identifying operational friction, resolving marketplace issues, and updating listings as product, pricing, and availability changes occur.
- Stakeholder Enablement and Coordination: Support internal and external distributor stakeholders with operational guidance, clear communications, and timely follow-up, while partnering closely with Distribution Operations to resolve platform issues, align priorities, and communicate product availability or workflow changes.
- Operational and Marketing Collaboration: Manage listing content, pricing inputs, SKU integration, and release-related marketplace updates by coordinating with Product Marketing, Distribution Operations, Channel, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketplace readiness.
- Marketplace Data and Workflow Readiness: Maintain a working understanding of channel workflows, data flows, platform dependencies, and handoffs between internal and external systems so marketplace execution remains accurate, scalable, and easy for stakeholders to navigate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
