We are looking for a committed and motivated Dispatch Operative to join our team at Droitwich Dairy within Müller Milk & Ingredients.

As a Dispatch Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are safely handled, accurately packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to continuous improvement in line with Müller values.

Please note: This role is based within a chilled environment. Full PPE, including a high-visibility coat, is provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manually pack products into trolleys, ensuring all products meet quality standards and reporting any non-conformances.
  • Transport full and empty trolleys throughout the chill operation.
  • Operate equipment safely and complete asset care and deep-cleaning activities.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, food safety, and health & safety throughout your shift.
  • Support effective shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operate the trolley wash and maintain an adequate supply of trolleys for production fillers.
  • Lead by example in promoting behavioural safety and technical standards.
  • Work collaboratively with Coordinators and Team Leaders to support operational requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements across the department.

What We're Looking For

You will ideally have:
