About The Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Shift Manager to join our Distribution team where you will manage teams on individual shifts on a rotating basis. Our finished goods distribution centre is based at East Midlands Gateway, which distributes our products across multiple channels both domestically and around the world.

Passionate about people, and with a focus on skills and development, you’ll understand that our people are our biggest asset and we’ll look to you to ensure that your teams have the required knowledge, skills, and resources to thrive. You’ll recognise the importance of having the right people, in the right place, at the right time as you plan to ensure all shifts are effectively staffed and have appropriate management support for each shift.

We’ll see you working collaboratively across departments, as you build effective working relationships across the supply chain to achieve our goals, always being cost effective, efficient. Day to day, you’ll champion a safe culture as you drive health and safety priorities and you’ll coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure essential training is delivered to all staff and all standard operating procedures are followed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
