We're looking for a Distribution Systems Analyst to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting and improving our Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS) across our EMEA distribution network.
Working closely with colleagues across Distribution, IT and Global Systems, you'll help keep our warehouse systems running smoothly, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the rollout of new functionality and technologies that make a real difference to our operations.
This is a hands-on role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a distribution environment, is naturally curious about how things work, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
As you'll be working closely with our warehouse operations and systems, this role requires regular on-site presence during the week and isn't suitable for remote working.
Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and optimising Manhattan Active WMS across EMEA distribution sites.
- Assisting with system configuration for receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Troubleshooting system, device, and process issues and coordinating resolutions with IT and operational teams.
- Supporting system upgrades, testing, deployments, and new functionality rollouts.
- Developing SOPs, process documentation, and user training materials.
- Analysing operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
- Acting as a key point of contact for Manhattan AWMS-related queries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
