Your Role and Team in a Nutshell

As a D&T Coordinator, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient flow of products through our Distribution Centre in Fradley. Working as part of a team of four, you will coordinate warehouse and transport activities, support high service levels for our customers, and contribute to continuous improvement across the operation.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse and transport operations to ensure products are shipped on time and customer requirements are met.
  • Plan and monitor stock movements, shipments, and order schedules, including support for peak periods and special projects.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing on logistics, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery, transport, claims, and returns issues, working closely with carriers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock reconciliation and system updates in SAP and WMS.
  • Prepare transportation documentation, including export and cross-border shipping paperwork.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.

What You Will Need

Minimum:

  • Experience in warehouse or transportation operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent English communication skills.
