Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Distribution & Transportation Senior Supervisor to join the Innovative Medicine Deliver EMEA non-HUB Team.

The team owns the in-country warehouse and last mile distribution to our patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively oversee distribution operating budgets. Identify and perform cost improvement Projects to increase efficiency
  • Ensure reliable distribution activities to meet or exceed agreed KPI’s to drive customer satisfaction
  • Be responsible for assuring GxP / Quality compliance / EHS&S in all processes and departments in the warehouse and during transport to customer
  • Support all commercial and contract discussions with 3PLs and Transport companies in close cooperation with global Procurement
  • Lead and drive regular Business Reviews with LSP’s and TSP’s including affected departments (QA, Customer Service, and other departments on demand) to analyse issues and find solutions
  • Ensure and support on time launch readiness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design, analyze, improve and implement new business processes, using data insights, digital tools and other sources to streamline operations and elevate the customer experience
  • Manage Inbound/Storage/Outbound deviations, issues resolution and trending
  • Drive efficient incident resolution to the satisfaction of customers and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or any other business studies
  • 5 years Experience in Distribution, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and transportation operations, technologies, and processes.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and related analytical tools

  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset, able to translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization with a multitude of different cultures
  • Ability to work independently, manage or support multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally

Anticipated Pay Range

  • The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is: €75.000,00 - €118.450,00
  • The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are:
    • Belgium: 72,500.00 - 115,230.00 EUR
    • UK: 49,300.00 - 79,695.00 GBP

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
