We’re partnering with an established international organisation that is looking for a Distributor Account Manager to manage and support a portfolio of existing distributor relationships across Europe.

This isn’t a new business development position. The focus is on strengthening established partnerships, understanding performance across different territories and helping distributors identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.

Combining account management, commercial analysis and sales planning, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships while using data to guide commercial decisions.

The Role

You’ll act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of European distributors, developing a detailed understanding of their individual markets, priorities and commercial performance.

Working closely with distributor partners and internal teams, you’ll review results, agree account plans and ensure each territory has the appropriate commercial support. Regular European travel will allow you to strengthen relationships and gain first-hand insight into the markets you manage.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing distributor partners across Europe.
  • Reviewing sales, profitability, market share and wider account performance.
  • Producing reports and commercial insights to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Working with distributors to develop and implement territory-specific account plans.
  • Monitoring budgets and performance against agreed commercial objectives.
  • Supporting pricing and product positioning decisions across different markets.
  • Influencing distributor activity and constructively challenging performance where required.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve operational, product and customer-related matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
