About the Role

DTS Trading Inc. is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Distributor Account Manager to develop and grow our distributor network across the UK and Europe.

This is a relationship-focused sales role responsible for increasing revenue through existing distributor partners while identifying and onboarding new distribution opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with distributors to expand product listings, increase sales performance, and implement commercial initiatives that drive mutual growth.

  • Location: Remote – travel to clients is essential
  • Reporting to: Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop existing distributor accounts by building strong, long-term commercial relationships.
  • Increase sales within existing accounts through strategic account planning and regular business reviews.
  • Expand the product portfolio within key distributors by identifying opportunities to introduce additional products across the DTS Protect® and Vi-PRO®.
  • Identify, recruit, and successfully onboard new distributor partners to expand market coverage.
  • Develop and manage distributor incentive, rebate, and promotional programmes that drive sales growth and partner engagement.
  • Work closely with the DTS Marketing team to support distributor marketing campaigns and sell-out activities.
  • Monitor and manage sell-in performance, ensuring distributor inventory levels align with market demand and sales objectives.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and distributor data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and regular performance reports.
  • Represent DTS Trading Inc. at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions where required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver an excellent distributor experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential: Proven UK industrial experience within disposable PPE and/or hygiene paper products.
  • Proven experience in distributor management, channel sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of growing distributor or wholesale sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategies that drive profitable growth.
  • Experience managing trade promotions, rebate schemes, or distributor incentive programmes is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the UK and Europe; travel to clients is essential.
