Role: District Manager

Location: London

Contract: Full-time

Reports to: Area Manager and Country Manager

The Role

As a District Manager, you will lead and support a portfolio of stores, working closely with the Area and Country Managers to drive commercial performance and operational excellence. You will empower Store Managers, optimise day-to-day operations and implement strategies that deliver long-term business growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience across the district.

What you'll do

  • Support Area and Country Managers in driving commercial performance through sales analysis, KPI reporting and budget management.
  • Monitor store performance, costs and stock levels, providing insights to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Partner with Store Managers to deliver training, performance reviews and operational support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety and store operational standards.
  • Coordinate weekly business updates, sales strategies and communication across the retail network.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a District Manager or Store Manager (flagship experience is an advantage).
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse KPIs and drive business performance.
  • Hands-on leader with excellent coaching, communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable and passionate about fashion retail.
