District Manager – Northern Ireland

Location: Belfast based, with travel across Northern Ireland

Reports to: Market Manager

Salary: Up to £60K PA + Bonus + LTIP + Benefits

We’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth in Ireland and are looking for a Northern Ireland based District Manager to help lead the way.

This is a rare opportunity to join the business at a hugely exciting stage of growth and play a key role in establishing and growing the Wingstop brand across Ireland. As District Manager, you’ll lead multiple restaurants across the region, driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the Wingstop brand.

You’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant performance including People, Standards, Product and Safety, while working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the business in ROI.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing General Managers and restaurant teams across your district
  • Driving sales, profitability and operational performance across multiple sites
  • Building a strong people-first culture focused on engagement, retention and development
  • Supporting the growth and expansion of Wingstop across the Republic of Ireland
  • Ensuring consistently high standards across customer experience, food quality and compliance
  • Using commercial insight and operational data to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Creating succession plans and developing future leaders within the business
  • Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans across the market

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR, hospitality or fast-paced retail
  • A strong track record of driving operational and commercial performance
  • Passionate about people development, coaching and building high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs and operational standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Highly organised, adaptable and solutions focused
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple locations
