  • Translate commercial and operational data into practical insights, helping Store Managers connect business performance with in-store behaviors and customer experience.
  • Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, operational execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead performance recovery plans for underperforming stores, providing hands-on coaching and support until sustainable improvements are achieved.
  • Champion brand DNA across stores by ensuring strong visual identity, compelling product storytelling, and consistently elevated customer experiences.
  • Manage new store openings and support the recruitment and onboarding of store talent.
  • Foster an inclusive, people-first culture built around teamwork, accountability, engagement, and high performance.
  • Ensure brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, processes, and operational priorities are executed consistently and on time.
  • Monitor customer metrics and implement improvement plans across the district.
  • Act as the voice of store teams when collaborating with central and headquarters functions, supporting retail operations and effective brand strategy execution.
  • Communicate priorities, process changes, performance expectations, and business updates clearly to Store Managers.
  • Partner closely with HR, Health & Safety, and Asset Protection teams to support effective and compliant store operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
