We are looking for a District Manager, Central London. Reporting to the Area Manager South, you will be responsible for driving sales and implementing a sustainable growth strategy for our key London stores.

About The Job

Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers in Central London and a District Visual Merchandising Partner, to achieve business objectives and provide customers with unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Driving a strong culture of service, clientelling and brand excellence across the district, ensuring stores consistently bring the Swarovski experience to life.
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives through strong collaboration with local stakeholders, including the Head of Sales, local HR team and Marketing team.
  • Forecasting and controlling the payroll budget to optimize store productivity levels.
  • Facilitating the effective management of controllable costs to maximize profitability.
  • Regularly visiting stores (up to 4x a week) within the District, to ensure smooth execution of the District’s market plan and sales targets and promptly follow up with any performance issues.
  • Providing feedback, recommendations and industry insight to the Area Manager South, to shape trading actions and influence mid – long term planning.

About You

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Proven experience in Multi-Site Management in a fast paced, fashion/ luxury retail environment.
  • Commercial and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile and adaptable mindset, with good planning skills.
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible.
  • Willingness to travel; full, clean UK driving license is a must.
  • Ideally London-based or within a easily commutable distance to Central London Area.
