About the Role
We’re delighted to share a number of exciting District Manager opportunities in the following areas:
- Northern Ireland West
- North Scotland
- North Wales, Cheshire and Wirral
- Northamptonshire and Leicestershire
This is a field-based role requiring flexibility, with variable weekly hours including regular evenings and weekends. You’ll manage your own diary to meet business needs.

About You
You’re an experienced senior manager, having driven strategic plans and built high-performing teams.
You’re also:
- A caring, performance-focussed leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- An engaging, uplifting and effective communicator – able to change your approach whether you’re in a one-to-one or presenting to groups
- Confident with evaluating data and excellent written skills
