District Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Grow Amazing People – Recruit, develop, and inspire top talent. You’ll create a pipeline of future leaders, provide feedback that matters, and make sure every manager has the tools to succeed.
  • Drive Operational Excellence – Visit restaurants, coach teams, and raise the bar on quality, service, and cleanliness. You’ll spot opportunities and implement improvements that make a real difference.
  • Boost Profitability – Hit budgets, beat last year’s numbers, and keep costs in check. You’ll analyze P&L’s, support marketing initiatives, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
  • Champion Safety & Compliance – Protect our brand by enforcing health and safety standards. You’ll audit, coach, and retrain where needed – because safety is non-negotiable.
  • Lead with Impact – Take on special projects and other duties that keep our business moving forward.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years in multi-site restaurant management. You know what it takes to run multiple locations successfully.
  • Leadership: A proven track record of building great teams and being hands-on when needed.
  • Flexibility: A 45-hour work week with availability across all day parts and weekends.
  • Bonus Points: Experience opening new sites and solving complex problems.
