District Manager

We are looking for a District Manager to lead our teams in the North West of England.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Create a food safety culture. Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policies and health/sanitation regulations; takes corrective actions, as appropriate. Complies with all FSA (Food Safety Audit) program requirements.
  • Create a culture obsessed with Serving High-Quality Food.
  • Plans and conducts effective store visits leveraging the restaurant visit agenda with all levels of store management to ensure the continual improvement of Quality on all day parts, including the monitoring of food product quality opportunities from customer surveys.

Boost Profitability

  • Conduct Business Reviews monthly to improve performance / set goals.
  • Leverage Labor/Food Cost Toolkit to aggressively troubleshoot and improve outlier performance.
  • Have a Profit Mindset to control spending in controllable cost accounts versus AOP. Maximizes profit goals versus AOP and prior year, including the ongoing review of assigned store budgets.
  • Monitors food and labor costs and utilizes profit/loss statements to track results and implement corrective action as necessary for enhanced results.

Champion Safety & Compliance

  • Ensures protection of Wendy’s brand and assets through District compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates store performance at specified intervals using Company inspection form; coaches and retrains managers as required.

Lead with Impact

  • Take on special projects and other duties that keep our business moving forward.
  • Develops General Managers to maximize their contributions and future promotability within the Brand.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years in multi-site restaurant management. You know what it takes to run multiple locations successfully.
  • Leadership: A proven track record of building great teams and being hands on when needed.
  • Flexibility: A 45-hour work week with availability across all day parts and weekends.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with new site opening and solving complex problems.
