Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of dividend events and help ensure shareholders receive their payments accurately and on time.

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Previous dividends experience isn't essential, as full training will be provided, but you'll be comfortable working with data, systems, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Good Excel and spreadsheet skills
  • Confidence working with data and financial information
  • A proactive approach to learning new systems and processes
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset

Desirable experience:

  • Experience within financial services, administration, operations, or a customer-focused environment
  • Exposure to dividends, corporate actions, payments, or reconciliations
  • Experience using EquatePlus or similar administration systems

If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive and growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
