About The Company
We’re working with a growing B2B marketing agency looking for a commercially minded Director to lead and grow a key area of the business.
This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for commercial performance, key client relationships, team leadership and new business. You’ll have the autonomy to shape and grow your area while contributing to the agency’s wider plans. Hybrid working (2-3 days) in South West London.
About The Role
As Division Lead you'll be responsible for taking ownership of commercial performance, including revenue, profitability and margin, as well as;

- Leading senior relationships across a portfolio of B2B technology clients
- Managing and developing an experienced account management team
- Driving account growth, retention and new business opportunities
- Stepping into strategic client conversations and challenges when needed
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to support wider agency growth
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be an experienced agency leader with a strong commercial mindset and ideally a background in B2B technology, SaaS or tech marketing.
You’ll Have
- P&L or significant budget ownership experience
- A strong track record of growing and retaining client accounts
- Experience leading and developing account teams
- Confidence managing senior client stakeholders
- New business and commercial growth experience
- The ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when needed
