INDUSTRIAL RECRUITMENT (Billing) MANAGER | LONDON
If you're an experienced Industrial recruiter and you've been thinking about your next move, this is worth a conversation.
We are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Manager to join our London office. £38k–£50k + FULL COMMISSIONS
You won't be starting from scratch. You'll inherit an active Industrial desk with the platform, market access, and business support already in place.
What we're looking for is someone who knows how to win. You must have a proven track record of winning new business within the Industrial sector and be confident developing clients, growing accounts, and generating new revenue.

We're open to experienced 360 recruiters from:
- Warehousing
- Maintenance
- Soft FM
- Hospitality
- Production & Manufacturing
But this isn't a "manage an existing desk" role.
The opportunity is to:
- Take ownership of an active Industrial desk
- Win new business and build a strong client base
- Grow existing accounts
- Build and develop your own recruitment team
- Help shape and grow the Industrial division
- Progress into a larger leadership role as the division grows
THE PACKAGE
- £38k–£50k salary DOE
- Uncapped commission up to 25% FLAT
- Multiple monthly cash incentives
- £5,000 annual forecast bonus
- 10% annual profit share of the Industrial division
- Full UK market access
- Full business support across Payroll, Credit Control & Resourcing
