DIVISION MANAGER – COMMERCIAL & BUSINESS SUPPORT
Location: Watford Head Office
Salary: £38,000–£50,000 DOE + Full Comms Package
Apex Resources Ltd is looking to invest in an experienced recruitment specialist to build and lead our Commercial & Business Support division from our Head Office in Watford.
This is not simply another desk-running opportunity. We are looking for someone who wants to build, develop and manage a division of their own.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- You will have the autonomy to develop your own market, actively win new business and build a successful temporary Commercial & Business Support division.
- You will have the backing of Apex Resources, including the tools, resources and business support required to give you the platform to succeed.
- The long-term opportunity is to build a team underneath you.
- As the division grows, we will invest in additional 360 recruitment talent under your remit, giving you the opportunity to build a team, increase your earning potential and progress within the business.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want to speak with experienced recruitment specialists who have a strong background within temporary Commercial & Business Support markets.
You should be confident in:
- Winning new business
- Developing and growing client relationships
- Running a 360 recruitment desk
- Building a temporary recruitment market
- Identifying and developing new opportunities
- Working autonomously and taking ownership of your division
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the ambition to build rather than simply maintain.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- £38,000–£50,000 salary DOE
- Uncapped commission up to 25% FLAT
- Additional monthly bonuses
- £5,000 annual forecast bonus
- Team overrides OR annual profit share, depending on experience
