Role Purpose
We're looking for a hands-on manager to run The Air Shop division - owning the team, the process, and the numbers. You'll manage a small team through the full sales cycle, from lead through to quote, follow-up, and close, while keeping the CRM clean and the process tight. This is a role for someone who cares more about whether things actually get done than how busy everyone looks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the division: leads, quotes, follow-ups, and conversion, tracked through the CRM System
- Line-manage a team of 3: a sales executive, a CAD designer, and an Admin & Logistics Coordinator - setting expectations, reviewing performance, and dealing with HR issues as they arise
- Own process efficiency and identify where leads stall, quotes slip, or follow-ups get missed, and fix it
- Keep CRM data accurate and current, using it to drive decisions rather than just record them
- Take some direct responsibility for customer development and sales, working alongside the Sales Executive rather than only overseeing them
- Set and monitor targets for lead response times, quote turnaround, and conversion rates
- Report on division performance including pipeline health, conversion rates
- Be responsible for sales targets including revenue and margin expectations
- Coordinate across the team so design, sales, and admin/logistics aren't working in silos on the same job

- Experience managing leads, quotes, and follow-ups in a sales or customer-facing environment

- Background in ventilation, HVAC, construction, or a related trade sector
- Experience managing teams that combine sales, technical/design, and operational roles
