Job overview
We are seeking to appoint Divisional Change Leads from each division on a secondment basis to support the Digital Transformation Programme, which aims to digitise the patient record.
As part of the Digital Business Change Team, postholders will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery and adoption of digital change across the Trust. This will include acting as a single point of contact for their division, identifying key stakeholders, building strong working relationships across divisions, understanding the impact of change on services and teams, and supporting divisions to develop practical plans that enable successful adoption and benefits realisation.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of operational and clinical processes. Experience of change management is desirable, particularly in relation to clinical system implementation; however, training on the digital elements of business change will be provided. You will be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills, able to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders and influence positive outcomes. A flexible and innovative approach will be essential to ensure the application meets the needs of users and clinicians.

The secondment is initially available until 31 March 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Main duties of the job
This role helps the Trust improve the way staff use digital systems to support patient care and everyday work.
- The post holder works with clinical and non-clinical teams to understand current processes, identify improvements, and help introduce new technology and ways of working.
- You will analyse how services operate and recommend changes that make the best use of digital systems and technology.
- You will work closely with staff across the Trust to understand their needs, solve problems, and support improvements to working practices.
- You will help plan, test, implement and support new digital systems, ensuring they meet the needs of users and improve services.
- You will deliver training, provide advice and guidance, and support staff during periods of change to help them use systems confidently and effectively.
- You will monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to projects that support the Trust’s digital transformation goals.
- You will build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and act as a specialist source of knowledge on digital systems and business change.
