Divisional Director - Security North
Field Based | Northern Region
Kingdom is seeking an exceptional Divisional Director - Security North to lead regional business performance, customer success, operational excellence, and profitable growth across our Security division.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for a significant operational portfolio, leading large multi-site teams, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering sustainable business growth. Working closely with Executive Leadership, you will help shape and execute Kingdom's long-term strategy while ensuring exceptional service delivery across the region.

The Role
As Divisional Director, You Will Be Accountable For:
- Regional revenue, profitability, EBITDA, and operational performance.
- Customer retention, service excellence, and strategic account growth.
- Leading and developing high-performing regional leadership teams.
- Delivering major mobilisations, contract renewals, and business transformation initiatives.
- Driving operational excellence, compliance, governance, and risk management.
- Supporting new business growth, strategic bids, and service expansion.
- Championing innovation, technology, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthening Kingdom's reputation and position within the security sector.

You will act as a senior ambassador for Kingdom, building executive-level customer relationships and ensuring services consistently exceed expectations while delivering long-term value.
Essential Experience
What We're Looking For
- Senior operational leadership experience within the Security Industry or Integrated Services sector.
- Proven responsibility for regional or divisional operational and financial performance.
- Experience leading large, multi-site operational teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of profitable growth.
- Experience managing executive-level customer relationships.
- Experience delivering complex mobilisations, strategic transformation, and organisational change.
- Experience operating within Board-approved governance and commercial frameworks.

Essential Requirements
Licences
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Non-Frontline SIA Licence
Screening Requirements
