Divisional Finance Director - Hinckley, Leicestershire / Hybrid - £80,000 - £100,000 - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
This is a commercial divisional finance director role where you will take responsibility for the P&L and the finance function of this growing division. The ideal candidate will be Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a commercial mind set and ability to get into the numbers and deliver for the MD, whilst business partnering the wider business. You will manage a small effective team and take responsibility for all budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial reporting, and supporting commercial projects. You will help improve divisional performance, profitability, cash generation, and strategic decision making. The role requires someone who is available to start within 1 month, and the initial contract will be for 12 months with potential for extension and / or permanent.
