Kingspan - Divisional Head of Marketing, CX & Demand Generation
Kingspan is the global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions. Our mission is to accelerate a net zero emissions-built environment with people and planet at its heart.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing leader to join our Kingspan Insulated Panels Division EAA, with remit in Europe, Asia Pacific & Africa, as our new Divisional Head of Marketing, CX & Demand Generation.
This senior divisional role will shape the Marketing agenda, working closely with Commercial and Marketing teams, the successful candidate will connect customer insight, brand, content, CX and targeted activity to the growth opportunities that matter most.
We’re seeking someone who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, bringing clarity to complexity, influencing across a matrixed organisation, and turning ideas into measurable customer and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of divisional marketing strategy across international markets.
- Drive brand alignment, positioning and compelling market storytelling.
- Lead the divisional Customer Experience (CX) function and embed customer-centric thinking across all touchpoints. Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis.
- Deliver and support strategic demand generation initiatives that contribute directly to business growth.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment in a complex matrix organisation.
- Oversee major divisional marketing programmes and ensure consistency of execution across regions.
- Champion the use of AI and innovative technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness, quality and efficiency.
- Establish robust performance measurement, reporting and continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure marketing activities operate within all relevant compliance and governance frameworks.

We are looking for someone with:
- Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles within a multi-market or matrix organisation.
- Strong expertise in strategic marketing, demand generation and customer experience.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how marketing drives growth.
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing performance.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with high levels of resilience and accountability.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages would be advantageous
