About the Role
Are you a high-performing sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to drive your own revenue success?
As a Divisional Lead, you'll play a key role in growing business opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results. This is the first step on our Sales Leadership pathway, offering the opportunity to combine hands-on business development with coaching, mentoring, and team leadership responsibilities.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading by example, driving sales performance, developing specialist expertise within your team, and creating a high-performance culture that delivers outstanding results for clients, contractors, and the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Achieving personal sales and business development targets while leading a team of sales professionals.
- Driving focused business development activity, client engagement, and value-based sales conversations.
- Developing and executing local and national client growth strategies.
- Leading sales meetings, one-to-ones, and performance reviews to drive accountability and success.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to maximise performance and career progression.
- Supporting team members to become trusted advisors to clients through market knowledge and industry insight.
- Monitoring team performance through data, reporting, and sales metrics.
- Working closely with Talent Delivery and leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Championing change initiatives and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
- Identifying new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in business development and account management.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting the development of colleagues.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- A commercially minded individual who understands market trends and can translate insight into business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- A data-driven approach to performance management and continuous improvement.
- A passion for developing others and building high-performing teams.
