Exciting Opportunity in Medicine Division at Wirral University Teaching Hospital
An exciting opportunity to join a committed and dynamic team within the Medicine Division at Wirral University Teaching Hospital. As Divisional Manager you will work alongside Medical and Nursing leads in developing and managing services to deliver quality care for our patients.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who has the ability to successfully engage with a broad range of teams, disciplines and staff across the Division.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, operational management, strategic business planning and project management to ensure the Division achieves its performance, quality and efficiency objectives.
- Lead on the development of strategies and business plans for the Division, ensuring robust systems for performance management and quality governance.
- Coordinate and promote the integration of operational management, service planning, and service delivery processes to achieve agreed service levels.
- Lead the Divisional transformation programme, analyzing opportunities for change and engaging partners, patients, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centered care through engagement and empowerment of others.

- Experience of successfully delivering projects.
- Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
