Divisional Manager - (EU Contract)

Reporting to the MD and working closely with our Compliance Director and VP Business Development we are seeking a Contracts Manager who has significant experience managing and developing contract recruitment teams.

Role:
- Build on and generate new clients in the EU Clean Power & Digital Infrastructure
- Market selection and origination
- Manage Contract P&L, Utilization and assist compliance
- 360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate side
- Responsible for performance development and on-desk management

Who you are:
The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to build & lead a team. We are specifically looking for:
- 1 + years Management/mentorship experience within a recruitment environment
- EU Contract Market Experience in Renewables, Information Tech, Infrastructure, Engineering or STEM
- Track record of developing consultants through strong process/standards
- Ability to originate new clients
- Enjoy working in an office environment
