The desk
A long-established, nationally recognised recruitment brand is investing heavily in growth, including expansion into several new sectors, and wants a Divisional Manager to build a specialist division from the ground up in Leeds.
- Build, lead and scale a recruitment division from scratch.
- Develop senior-level client relationships and drive strategic business development into markets of your choosing.
- Own the divisional P&L, growth strategy and market positioning.
- Recruit, coach and mentor a team of consultants to high performance.
- Deliver against revenue, performance and expansion targets.

Who this suits
A Divisional Manager, Billing Manager or high-performing Principal Consultant with a proven track record in recruitment, ready for genuine autonomy, ownership and earning potential. Any specialism is welcome, provided the billings and leadership readiness are there.
- A true expert in your recruitment sector, with strong personal billings and evidence to back it up.
- A track record of winning and growing client accounts.
- Experience leading a team, or a clear readiness to step into leadership.
- Commercial intelligence and the confidence to run a profitable P&L.
- A proactive, strategic approach to business development, with high standards, pace and ambition.
