Divisional Managing Director – Fire Engineering Consultancy

Six figure salary + benefits

Flexible base

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK fire safety and compliance organisation seeking an experienced Divisional Managing Director to build, lead and scale its Fire Engineering Consultancy division.

This is a significant senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for:

  • Setting and delivering the consultancy’s growth strategy
  • Full commercial ownership including revenue, margin, utilisation and forecasting
  • Leading technical governance, quality assurance and professional standards
  • Developing senior client relationships and new business opportunities
  • Recruiting, developing and leading a high-performing team of fire engineers and consultants
  • Establishing the consultancy as a recognised leader within the UK fire engineering market

Candidates should combine strong technical fire engineering credentials with proven commercial leadership, business development and P&L experience.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Fire Engineering or related discipline, with IFE membership and ideally CEng/IEng status.

An excellent opportunity for an ambitious consultancy leader looking for the autonomy to shape and grow a substantial fire engineering business within an established wider Group.
