As Divisional Marketing Manager in the Lending Division

As Divisional Marketing Manager in the Lending Division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GtM) strategy globally. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic leadership with operational execution to empower Divisional Sales and building and deliver full-funnel marketing programs that generate demand and support divisional revenue goals.

You will collaborate closely with a centralized global marketing team (specialists in digital, social media, marketing operations, creative design, content, analyst relations and PR), to build impactful campaigns that reinforce our brand, amplify our message, and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market (GtM) plans for key portfolio products, including launch planning, messaging, competitive positioning, and alignment across Marketing, Product, and Sales
  • Create clear solution positioning and high-quality assets such as playbooks, presentations, webpages, brochures, videos, and one-pagers to support awareness, consideration, and sales engagement
  • Enable Sales with relevant insights and tools, running enablement sessions, ensuring teams understand new initiatives, and refining collateral based on feedback and usage data
  • Build and run full-funnel marketing campaigns in German and English across webinars, sponsored content, paid social, email, search, PR, and ABM (account-based marketing) approaches in partnership with agencies
  • Plan and manage participation in events, conferences, and roundtables, collaborating with the central Events team to deliver strong stories through demos, content, collateral, and customer contributions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
