Through our specialist divisions - topside, marine, subsea, cables, logistics, and industrials, we are a pivotal link in the global offshore energy project chain, ensuring our customers’ projects are delivered safely, reliably, and efficiently. We are currently seeking a Divisional QHSE Administrator to join our Topside Division.

Grimsby
Core Purpose
To support the effective implementation and maintenance of the Division's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
To provide administrative and operational support through the coordination of QHSE reporting, data analysis, document control activities, and management system administration to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable legislation.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Generate QHSE and sustainability statistical reports
- Maintain the QHSE dashboards
- Manage the internal audit plan and ensure the division is up to date
- Form part of the internal audit team
- Provide general QHSE support to the division on all QHSE matters, as directed by the QHSE Manager
- Administer and maintain the division’s document control system
- Control the issue, revision, and distribution of the division’s controlled documents
- Provide final approval and upload divisional documents to the shared document library
- Maintain the division’s document registers

Skills and Experience
- Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and professional approach
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a QHSE administration role with similar responsibilities
Qualifications
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 awareness training (requirements, implementation, and auditing) – can be provided for the right candidate
- Document Controller qualification – can be provided for the right candidate
- Internal Audit training – can be provided for the right candidate
- Full UK driving licence
