Divisional Sales Manager - Hyundai, Ford & Suzuki
We’re looking for an experienced Divisional Sales Manager to support our Franchise Director across our Hyundai, Ford & Suzuki brands and dealership locations.
Following the acquisition of Johnsons Cars, Brayleys Cars and Johnsons Cars have come together to create one of the UK's top 10 automotive retail groups.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Franchise Director in delivering the Division’s New and Used Vehicle sales strategy
- Driving consistent sales processes across all dealerships to improve enquiry management, demonstrations, conversion and overall sales performance
- Analysing dealership and Divisional KPIs to identify opportunities and implement effective action plans
- Coaching and developing Sales Managers, Business Managers and Sales Executives to deliver sustainable performance
- Working closely with manufacturer partners to maximise sales opportunities and manufacturer performance
- Driving New and Used Vehicle volume, margin and profitability
- Ensuring effective stock management and maintaining strong stock turn performance
- Embedding a consistent and exceptional customer journey across every dealership
- Monitoring compliance with Group, manufacturer and FCA standards
- Working alongside Marketing and manufacturer partners to maximise digital retailing, lead generation and sales conversion
- Sharing best practice and developing future talent and succession plans across the Division
What We’re Looking For
- Senior sales leadership experience within a franchised dealership environment
- A proven track record of improving sales performance through leadership, coaching and process management
- Strong understanding of automotive sales KPIs, enquiry management, conversion and operational performance
- Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to balance volume, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Strong experience working with manufacturer partners
- Excellent communication, coaching and people development skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities across a large geographical area
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the Division
