Our client is a FTSE 100 company that has rapidly risen through the FTSE 250 in recent years. The Group has a robust business model, a clear strategy, an exceptional leadership team and an exciting growth trajectory. They are seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join their London head office, supporting the CFO of one of the Group's largest international divisions.
About
This is a broad, high-profile role offering significant exposure to senior leadership and operating businesses across the UK, Europe and the US. Working closely with the division leadership team and Group Finance, you will provide insightful financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting and commercial support, helping to drive business performance across a diverse international portfolio.

Description
For this Divisional Senior Financial Analyst role, alongside core FP&A responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting acquisitions, including financial due diligence, integration and post-acquisition reporting. The position also offers the opportunity to improve financial processes and controls, partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic international organisation. Some international travel will be required.
Skills
The successful candidate for this Divisional Senior Financial Analyst role will be a qualified accountant with a strong academic profile and experience in financial analysis, commercial finance or FP&A within a complex, fast-paced environment. You will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent analytical skills, commercial judgement and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. Exposure to acquisitions, multi-currency reporting or listed environments would be advantageous, as would experience with Power BI or financial automation tools.
