Role Description
The DM Offline Customer Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bolton. In this position, the Advisor handles inbound and outbound customer communications via written correspondence. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Providing clear information about services
- Updating account records
- Ensuring that customers understand their options and next steps

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused service skills with a commitment to understanding and addressing individual customer needs.
- Experience or aptitude in customer satisfaction and customer support, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Professional and confident communication skills when handling inbound and outbound interactions.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bolton in a full-time capacity and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Excellent IT proficiency, including using MS Office and CRM systems.
- Prior experience in a regulated financial services role, or a debt solutions customer service role is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
