Role Description
The DM Review Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Bolton, responsible for reviewing and managing client debt management plans in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include assessing client financial information, verifying documentation, and ensuring that proposed repayment plans are accurate, realistic, and compliant. The role involves communicating with clients, creditors, and internal teams to clarify details, resolve discrepancies, and keep accounts updated. The DM Review Agent will monitor ongoing plans, identify any risks or required adjustments, and escalate complex cases where necessary. This position requires consistent, high-quality case handling and a strong focus on delivering ethical, client-focused outcomes.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to review financial information and assess affordability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, creditors, and colleagues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Customer service experience, ideally in financial services, debt management, collections, or a related regulated environment.
- Understanding of debt solutions, basic consumer credit, and UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, Treating Customers Fairly) is highly beneficial.
- Confident with IT systems, including CRM software, case management tools, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Bolton, demonstrating reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
- Relevant education or training in finance, business, or a related field is advantageous, though equivalent experience is also valued.
