Company Description

We’re an ambitious, forward-thinking global business who build transformative solutions for our customers to deliver best-in-class sustainable mobility, connectivity and technology solutions. We support our customers with a range of products and services to meet their needs.

This is where you come in. We are on a journey of growth. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of technology innovation and we invite you along on this journey.

Job Description

The DMARC Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying and converting opportunities within Radius' existing customer base. Working from a dedicated data set of customers who have recently renewed or re-signed their mobile contracts, the role will proactively engage decision-makers to assess email security posture, educate customers on the benefits of DMARC, and generate new revenue opportunities.

This is a highly proactive sales role with a strong emphasis on outbound activity, consultative engagement and opportunity creation. The successful candidate will work towards monthly revenue and margin targets while helping customers strengthen their cybersecurity and email protection strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers who have recently renewed their mobile services with Radius.
  • Conduct initial DMARC and email security qualification conversations.
  • Identify customers who may be vulnerable to email spoofing, phishing and domain impersonation attacks.
  • Educate customers on the business benefits of DMARC and broader email security solutions.
  • Create and progress sales opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Work closely with Product Specialists and Technical SMEs where deeper technical engagement is required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain regular forecast updates.
  • Consistently achieve daily outbound call, conversation and opportunity creation targets.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver against monthly revenue and gross margin objectives.
  • Stay informed of market developments and emerging cybersecurity trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
