Job Description
DMD Change, Innovations and Automation Team
Location: Chelmsford
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, manage, communicate, and implement all allocated Statement or Managed Mailing project technical actions within agreed timeframes and departmental guidelines, including:
- Project planning – Assist, build, maintain, and own DMD project actions assigned.
- Project delivery – Deliver completed tasks on target within agreed dates, from initiation to completion of the project.
- Client/Supplier relationships – Build and maintain direct relationships with any relevant clients or suppliers to enable operational requirements to be met.
- Travel to third-party sites and Management Company offices as required for relevant meetings, review of printed or enclosed output, etc. (May be required with very short notice).
- Project documentation – Produce required documentation and maintain it up to date, including testing for all allocated projects, to keep department KPIs and reporting tools up to date.
- Project meetings – Attend/hold regular meetings as necessary during projects to enable communication with all relevant parties to raise/resolve any issues, and produce meeting minutes detailing the key points relevant to the department. Represent SS&C in both conference call and face-to-face situations.
- Updates – Provide regular updates on the status of all allocated projects/tasks to Management.
- Support the new implementation including processes and procedures, data mapping, and template building.
- Maintain supplier relationships.
- Work in conjunction with the Statements & Managed Mailings Team, DMD Print Room, DMD Enclosing Room, & DMD Stock Control.
- Ensure all mailing and dispatched within SLA and adhere to associated project timelines.
- Report all project statuses to Management.
- Contribute towards resource planning and cost-benefit analysis for new business take-ons.
- Carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

- Ability to prioritize between projects and tasks, and to work on more than one project at once with differing timeframes.
