What We Do
STEF Langdons delivers chilled and frozen food to almost any location across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours, supported by 12 depots and a fleet of over 500 vehicles.
The Role
As a Dock Office Administrator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our depot operation running smoothly. Working closely with transport and warehouse colleagues, you’ll help ensure incoming and outgoing customer goods are handled, labelled and stored correctly, with all relevant paperwork and records completed accurately.
You’ll be a key point of contact for drivers, customers and colleagues, coordinating documentation, responding to queries and investigating discrepancies. You’ll also carry out regular and ad hoc stock checks, monitor stock movements and keep colleagues updated on progress.

You’ll need to be organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with others, with the ability to use your initiative, manage changing priorities and challenge discrepancies when necessary.
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Good knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence challenging discrepancies
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to use initiative and work to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proven arithmetic skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Sunday to Thursday Nights
