Join Xerox as a DocuCare Associate I and become part of a collaborative onsite team supporting a major hospital in Sheffield. In this customer-facing role, you will help ensure office devices remain operational through preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and consumable management. What You Will Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on Xerox office devices to help maximize equipment availability.
- Respond to first-line service requests, including clearing paper jams and replacing toner, drums, fusers, and other consumables.
- Maintain device cleanliness, replenish supplies, and ensure work areas remain organized.
- Record service activities and maintain accurate onsite inventory of parts and consumables.
- Collaborate with teammates and escalate more complex technical issues in accordance with established support procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
What You Need To Succeed

- A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Basic IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to prioritize work and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Good technical or electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Technical training will be provided, and applicants from a variety of industries are encouraged to apply.
- This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
