Product Documentation Specialist

As a Product Documentation Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how clients and internal teams understand and use Consilio products. Partnering closely with Product Enablement, Product Managers, and teams across the organization, you will create clear, engaging, and practical documentation that supports the product experience. From release notes and user guides to demo videos and other enablement materials, you will work on a wide range of content that helps bring product capabilities to life. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate broadly, strengthen the product knowledge base, and help build and maintain documentation that supports Consilio’s portfolio of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information or images for documentation.
  • Conduct documentation reviews.
  • Manage Document Library.
  • Create and update document templates.
  • Create and maintain:
    • Release Notes
    • User and operation guides.
    • Internal demos.
    • External demo scripts.
    • Training plans for beta users.
  • Supporting trainers and writers from other departments as they develop their own, department-specific documentation.
  • Assist other departments with:
    • Competitive analysis.
    • Product marketing.
  • Convert documents from one format or file type to another.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to distill complex technical information into easy-to-understand documents.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Editing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of the following:
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • SharePoint document/library management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to document details.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI tools, such as Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT, a plus.
  • Familiarity with product documentation or release documentation workflows a plus.
  • Experience with Storylane a plus.

Work Mode & Shift Timing

  • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days' per week from office)
  • Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST
