Role Description
As a Document Change Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering document changes across a varied portfolio, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring changes are implemented effectively and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your change delivery, stakeholder management, and document management expertise within a collaborative environment.
Location: This role is based in our Bristol office, please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation that you attend the office 2-3 days per week.
Salary Information
- Pay: Circa £32,500 per year.
- Salary is based on experience, skills, and location and forms part of our overall rewards package.
About You
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of document changes across an assigned portfolio of activities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure document changes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert for document management, identifying and communicating the wider impact of change across business areas and customer channels.
- Support digital-by-default initiatives across digital, email, SMS, and paper communications.
- Maintain and update document specifications and logic documentation to reflect approved changes.
- Gather, document, and refine stakeholder requirements to support successful document development and implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all document changes are thoroughly tested and formally signed off.
- Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, helping to enhance document management processes and customer outcomes.
Essential Skills
- Experience gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple document change activities and priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of project delivery principles and approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, issues, and conflicting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and change controls.

Desirable Skills
- Experience using Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration and workflow tools.
- Knowledge of document management systems and customer communications delivery.
- Experience supporting change initiatives within insurance or financial services environments.
- Exposure to digital communication channels and customer fulfillment processes.
- Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage.
