📢 Document Control Clerk – 24-Month Contract | Woking
JAB Recruitment is currently sourcing on behalf of our client for a Document Control Clerk to support a major EPC project based in Woking.
Saudi Aramco experience essential
Location: Woking
Contract: 24 months, full-time
Duration: August 2026 – July 2028
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day document control support across the project, ensuring documentation is accurately managed, recorded and issued in accordance with client procedures and document management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access and manage the client document control system, uploading and retrieving project documentation
- Ensure compliance with document management procedures, numbering conventions and electronic filing structures
- Develop and maintain project filing systems
- Maintain document registers, logs and associated project records
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly project status reports
- Ensure project deliverables are issued to relevant personnel within required timescales
- Identify and resolve document control issues between project stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the assignment

- Previous Document Control or Document Control Clerk experience
- Experience working within an EPC, engineering, construction, oil & gas or similar project environment
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and document administration skills
- Confident maintaining registers, trackers and reporting documentation
- Able to work effectively with multiple project stakeholders and meet strict deadlines
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major long-term EPC project on a 24-month contract in Woking.
