Role: Procore Document Controller
Location: Office based in London bridge
Salary: £45-55K
Our Client is looking for a Document Controller to join their London team. A key requirement is Procore experience, as the business is currently transitioning its document management processes onto Procore.
The successful candidate will play an important role in helping establish and maintain effective document control procedures, ensuring project information is accurately managed, issued and accessible to project teams.

Our Client is an established commercial workplace design and build specialist, delivering high-quality office and workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation using Procore.
- Maintain accurate document registers, drawings, RFIs, technical submissions and project records.
- Control the distribution of drawings and documentation to internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure document revisions are correctly recorded and issued.
- Monitor workflows, approvals and document status within Procore.
- Liaise with project managers, design teams and subcontractors to ensure documentation is issued on time.
- Maintain project filing systems in line with company procedures.
- Support project mobilisation and close-out documentation.
- Produce document control reports and trackers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company quality management procedures.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction, fit-out or main contracting sector.
- Essential experience using Procore.
- Strong understanding of construction document control procedures.
- Experience managing drawings, technical documentation and project correspondence.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

- Experience working on commercial fit-out or high-end construction projects.
- Knowledge of ISO quality procedures.
- Experience coordinating project handover documentation.
