We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Document Controller to join our project delivery team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring project documentation is accurately controlled, managed and distributed throughout the lifecycle of major engineering and construction projects.

You will be responsible for maintaining document management systems, coordinating the flow of technical information, and ensuring all project documentation is processed in line with project, client and company requirements. Working closely with project teams, clients, contractors and supply chain partners, you'll help ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

If you have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on bringing structure and control to complex projects, we'd love to hear from you.

    • Ensure all documentation is correctly tracked, monitored and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Support compliance with both internal procedures and external stakeholder requirements.

  • Reporting & Project Support

    • Produce regular document control reports for project management teams.
    • Monitor and report on drawing status, technical submissions, RFIs and related project documentation.
    • Identify issues, trends and potential risks relating to document management activities.
    • Support project teams by providing accurate and timely information when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
