We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our growing team based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction document control who is confident using Procore and thrives in a fast-paced project environment.
Working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring all project documentation is accurately managed, controlled, and distributed throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore.
- Ensure all drawings, specifications, and technical documents are correctly uploaded, distributed, and archived.
- Control document revisions and maintain accurate version histories.
- Coordinate the timely issue and receipt of project documentation between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain document registers and trackers.
- Support project teams with document management processes and reporting.
- Ensure all project records are complete, accurate, and readily accessible.

About You:

We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction, fit-out, or engineering sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Procore (essential).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing large volumes of technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.
