We will be delivering schemes located around Bournemouth, Poole and South Dorset area.
The Role of a Document Controller
As a Document Controller, you will play an essential role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that make a real difference to our environment and communities—ranging from improving flood defences and upgrading water treatment works to providing nature-based solutions that enhance biodiversity.
The Role of a Document Controller Includes
- Preparation and publication of documentation, as well as coordinating the storage, organisation and sharing of information.
- Work collaboratively with the projects teams and asset integrators.
- Support and train staff on the MMB Business Management System (BMS) document control and United Utilities Sharepoint system.
- Contribute to improving the Framework Management Plan, Digital Plan and the BMS.
- Set up project filing structures in Microsoft SharePoint and establish incoming and outgoing documentation processes; monitor and support the project teams to comply with the processes.

What You’ll Need
- Educated to Btech/ONC/HNC/HND level, or relevant vocational qualifications and training
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
